Ordered on December 17th, arrived to Hungary on January 14th through the Netherlands EU customs. Taking the holidays into account I can say the delivery was rather quick. The packaging is ok. Overall very satisfied with the store and the product as well. I recommend the seller. The product is in good condition, there are no external signs of use, managed to boot for the first try on Asrock X99 Extreme 4, BIOS recognizes it. Important to mention, that the multiplier is locked on E5-1620 v3, so overclocking is only an option with BCLK. I ran Prime95 older version with in-place large FFTs for 10 minutes, no throttling, clockspeed stays at 3600 mhz on all cores, and suprisingly for me, power consumption maxes out at 45W at default 1.03-1.09 V. With a large dual tower 140mm Alpenföhn Olymp aircooler, which is like an NH-D15, core temperatures peak at 60°C, and the package maxes out at only 46°C .
This chip is basically an older i7 between i7-3770 and i7-4770. It does bottleneck 1080 Ti in some games, but gpu usage is still around 70-90%. In unigine superposition, no bottleneck whatsoever. CS:GO would benefit from more frequency. WOT and R6 Siege are running at 100% gpu. With my i7-5930k, I see similar fps in most games, but that starts aroud $130. Very nice performance, considering this chip costed me $19. I'm impressed.
