The first Tilta Nucleus-nano I received didn't turn on due to the initial failure of the wheel.I took a video of the power problem and reported it to Tilta HQ and this shop. The shop responded quickly to this problem. They delivered a new nano-wheel to Japan at the earliest and I got a new nano-wheel in my hand. I sent the faulty one back to them after I received my new nano-wheel. It was fair and very sincere. I have also purchased other TILTA products from this shop and the transaction was completed with no problems.
