The shoe sizing table is incorrect in product description. I followed their guidelines and because of that I received the wrong size. Ordered it for xmas so someone was unable to have their gift on xmas day because of their poorly done sizing chart, not happy. On top of that I am expected to pay return postage which was £9.10! I don't have that to waste and worry about if the returned item would get lost in the post somehow then wouldn't get my refund anyway. Commutation could have been a lot better too. When re- ordering I was given no help on what size to order for UK 7. I messaged the seller to ask and they said to just look at their sizing charts but that's what I did in the first place and that's why I had the wrong size to start with so very unhelpful.
