As mentioned by other reviewers there were only 2 screws and bolds in the package. You need 3 screws and bolds to apply the buckle and clamp firm to the skeeler. I ordered two pieces and in both the packages, the third screw and bold were missing. The clamp itself is of good quality and seems strong enough.
