Item as described, all components arrived. only downside - it wasn't properly packed - no styrofoam for IC and no static bag - as a result the IC legs were all bent sideways and could get broken off. Didn't solder it yet so I hope it works but looks good - will update feedback later on. Arrived in almost 3 months. Thanks
