the product itself is very good, it is heavier than I expected. it has a lot of features like recording, averaging & even Wet bulb measurement & DP. l don't remember the rest of the features. I intentionally ordered the item from this seller as it includes a suite case (plastic). but unfortunately it arrived without it. so when I contacted the seller, he started making different kinds of excuses like blaming the customs for loosing it even though it was never opened. then when we agreed to buy something else from his store with a discount, he stopped responding to my messages. but as soon as I opened a dispute, he immediately responded. eventually got a partial refund for the bag from ali.express.
