The product lacks ONE FEATURE which will make it 100% perfect for the Chef. 1) Allow a connector to the machine that go to a foot switch. 2) The foot switch tap once go to 5000w 3. The foot switch tap again go to standby or a wat setting you choose. This allow the chef to easily do the WOK HEI and other kind of special browing using his leg while the 2 hands concentrate on cooking. Feature 2. Allow plug for external K thermocouple to go into the cooking instead of measuring the pot temperature.
