very well package the watch is great all fine the shipping was very slowly more than two and a half months
The product is exactly as the description. The seller send it fast and is communicative. However I had a problem with the product. First the parcel took 2 months to come. But the main issue was that the watch didn't charge. I tested a hundred times, with different charges and methods (including reverse wireless charging) without success. I contacted the seller whose told me to do things I already tried. Then the seller started to tell me to take it to a local Huawei service to repair it. I contacted Huawei in Brazil and they said it doesn't support this device once it's not selling in Brazil. I replied to the seller, whose insisted to me to take it to any repair service. I said I wouldn't take it to a non authorized service once it's a expensive smartwatch. The seller then said it could do nothing than pay for the repair. I had to open a dispute, so after that they suddenly offered me to return the product to have a full refund. I refused once I got it on 11.11 and couldn't buy a new
