Good Product and good delivery speed. Unfortunately, the item was held at Thai customs and I had to pay another 23% in import taxes. I understand this can happen and I am not too worried about this. However, when I informed the store about this (just to provide them with information as I was not asking for anything) I received a rude reply and they accused me of lying. When I sent them the receipt for the taxes I had paid to defend my character, there was no reply. An apology would have avoided this negative review.
