Shipping took long even though I did not pick the cheapest option, but it's covid times so it's fine. Seller has good costumer service and as for the product it is wonderful. It does not seem cheap at all, super comfortable and soft material, absolutely no way it could scratch the skin, the ring and buckle are heavy and sturdy, they seem to be real metal.
