Besides waiting for past the expected time by two weeks, the seller has advised that apparently the reverse lights are extremely faint, You can not even notice the difference at night reversing, However under the same lens, the brake and tail light seems to be bright but the seller has advised that nothing they can do. The video is misleading as look at how bright everything is. Bad support service but polite, bad shipping time, there are multiple places that sell these. I thought I might have been shipped a faulty one, but they have confirmed the lights are faint.

There are wrinkles from within. Not sure if it is caused by the production process or from the heat of storage
