seller isn't able to confirm the complaint, and he doesn't want to send the money back, even though i had a good reason to do, also the time of shipment was like 5 months, so when my jacket arrived, i almost didn't need to use it

The jacket is super thick and puffy. It is such good quality. I am a women's XXS/XS and a men's M fit the right amount of oversized! The garment is actually pretty heavy and feels durable. I would say the price reflects the quality. I am so happy with it, I will be buying 2 more colours.
