Exactly as described. The length was exactly 2.04 m. The stretching ratio seems to be 1:3. This is not a powerful elastic tube! To make a powerful slingshot out of it, you will probably need at least to double the tube, tripling would be better. The package traveled 47 days. Tracking was possible.
