Doll arrived in damaged condition with knee and foot bent. I cannot fix with gentle manipulation, too much force will break doll. Doll took 16 days to arrive. Would not buy this doll again.

Firstly the hair is AMAZING it isn't shiny on a fake way and it feels amazingly real. Normally I have to reroot my dolls hair but omg! No this ICY has amazingly soft hair that feels like real hair. I wish this shop would send me all the hair colors lol!! I will review them all in my Instagram I won't need to reroot this girl after customizing her her hair is fabulous already! Love this shop!!
