very bad. the cap doesn't fix to the cup. as the water enters it lifts the cap and the water leaks everywhere....very bad. my machine is piccolo xs.
the product has a trick to work properly: you must clean the bottom where the coffee exits, otherwise it solidifies, blocks the exit and in the next use the cap lifts and the water leaks everywhere.
