The IT00 are very neutral beginner IEM, but still good as daily Driver. The iBasso DC03 is absolutely amazing! Loud, clear, enough Bass and very little piece of hifi-equipment for underway. Over-Ears sound quite good with it. It could handle 250 Ohm, but i would recommend a maximum of 80 Ohm.
