I started to check with 1.2 volts - at this voltage, the current consumed is 0 A. the device turns on somewhere from 2.3-2.5 volts. consumed in the region of 1 a. works well for 1 minute. then the current starts to drop and after 5 minutes it is less than 0.1 A. after that, the device needs to rest for 24 hours to then work again for 1 minute, but the power will be half as much! the type of liquid does not affect - I have tried distilled water, plain water, alkaline water with soda-there is no difference. the movement of the liquid inside is free and I tried to add a circulation pump from the aquarium - there is no difference. adjusting the screws also does not affect.
