very disappointing seller and this website as well. i raised a dispute for not receiving the item and the response is that i have to collect the item myself at the post office. WTF
this item did not reach uae as claimed by the shipper/ ali express. it was directly from al ras post office that there is no record of such shipment in contrary to the claim by ali express that the item was shipped to uae and is pending for collection in al ras post office. we checked in al ras post office today but the post office management confirmed that there is no such shipment that reached uae.
