I am sorry, but this tool can not plunge or bore in aluminium, and even a spiral boring almost instantly fill teeths with sticked aluminum. Trying different speeds of cut/feed, always the same, even under full cutting emulsion. Only side milling works fine, and this is really good tool for this operation. But thats all. Sorry.
