Authentic product from Huawei. All the original documentation (although it was all in Chinese but, I am buying a Chinese-made product from a Chinese company on an Chinese website, so no surprises there). Packaging was perfect and item and box arrived in pristine condition. The powerbank worked flawlessly out of the box. It enables the SuperCharge feature on my Mate 10 Pro. It holds two full charges for the Mate 10 Pro. When drained, it charges in about 2.5 hours when charged with the original Huawei 9V adapter and 4.5v-5A cable. Very happy with my purchase.
There was issues with getting the item into the destination country (Australia) so it was returned to seller. The communication with the seller was great - they apologised and I was able to get a refund. Because of this, I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from this seller A+++++
