Unit is intermittently defective. Input power stage failure irrespective of the input power source. Seller is making one excuse after another for not refunding. They are dishonest and I do not.recommend anyone to use.
The unit is defective and the seller is inventing increasingly unlikely excuses to avoid admitting that it could be defective. Moreover, the seller doesn't want to pay the return shipping costs even if it agreed that is is defective, contrary to applicable law, preferring to rely instead on Aliexpress' sham dispute procedure, which is notorious for favouring the seller notwithstanding the circumstances.
Delivery in two weeks when using AE Standard shipping. Device itself seems to operate like promised, charges and discarges multiple battery types. Like display with plenty of information (all you need when charging a battery). Offers plenty of bang for your buck.
