Geometry differs from the original battery - does not lock in place. If computer runs on battery only - power fails in about a minute or two. IDK yet if it's a battery failure (or just because of the lack of connection due to poor geometry), but old (VERY OLD) battery was running the laptop (IBM r50e) for ~15 mins.
