Did not expect such POOR packaging! The item was placed in an old and wet flimsy cardboard box, with the foam enclosed all crumbled up and stuck to the large sticky tape wrapped around each item. So upset when we received the box, never before have we ordered something online and especially with this price range, to receive such POOR thoughtless packaging. It's like a real insult to the customers! Took us an hour to unwrap and clean each individual component, cleaning off mould on the bamboo parts (disgusting). One of the trays on the second row cannot be slide in and out of the box easily and gets stuck so we practically do not use it but kept it in for completeness sake. The worse shopping experience we've had online. The item's quality is so poor and cheap it is no where near the value we paid the money for. Never again.
