have not test the accuracy yet, well packed, but looks like old stock. I will do the salt test to adjust the accuracy, hope it will last.
The thermometer Hygrometer are as pictured and described. Packed well and delivered to my home. The English Text printed on the dial is Amusing and does not make much sense but as long as they I'm happy. I purchased two for use in a Salami Curing Chamber. They are easily adjustable and read true when calibration is done. I use electronic Thermometer Hygrometer to get an accurate setting. I recommend this product and this Seller.
I have had the two Thermometer Hygrometers I purchased in the Curing Chamber I am making for Curing Salami and Salumi in a controlled environment for over a week now. They seem to be very accurate and they are easy to adjust from behind if needed for a more accurate reading. I use both electronic and Analogue Thermometer Hygrometers to get a good average reading. of areas in the Curing Chamber. I think they are very good for the price and very easy to read. I highly recommend them!!
