The bike is ok, but the delivery time was more than 2 month. The parcel arrived heavy damaged, but he item was ok, only a deep scratch in the frame. Conversation with the seller was rare and often delayed. The seller filled in the Ali order first a false tracking #, after reclamation the seller provided in the mesage box the right tracking. This resulted in the disput for compensation primarily a negative result (they don't read exactly the information), but than agreed at least the seller the arranged compensation. The offered battery - capacity 20 AH - have only about 15 AH. The price for the bike was ok.
I ordered and paid for this item and after about 2 weeks the seller cancelled the order without any reason or explanation. There was no communicationor emails whatsoever. I cannot understand why the seller would treat a customer like this...appalling behaviour.
