It comes totally discharged, however considering that it can't be turned off, it's ok Fully charged in ~4hours. Lights work really well, you need to pair them first to the remote control. You can even pair turn lights individually to the left and right button. For example, 1 light be for left turn button and 3 will be for the right turn button. But I will stay on 2-2. I can recommend the seller and this product.
