I'm feeling ecstatic. My very first upgrade to my Les Paul, and this railgun humbucker is outstanding. Powerful, and no worse than the previous bridge pickup. Had some fears regarding the wiring, but some of the online schematics have guided me through the basics. It's fantastic and looks totally magnificent. The parcel came rather quickly - in just about a few weeks.

Okay, here's an update: this pickup is not wax-coated and has quite a powerful output. This creates a noticeable problem when you're using it in combination with a big enough amplifier and a cabinet (or a combo) - the output becomes too unstable and begins to squeal (produce a lot of high-pitch noise) when you turn the loudness up. When used in recording through a computer or for playing on low volumes it works fine without any noticeable noise. Just be warned that it'll be probably need to undergo the procedure of waxing (submerging a pickup in special hot wax to isolate and tighten the coils), if you want to play it live and loud.
