if inserted into torch gives 15% less current compared to battery without pcb. Short circuit protection present. Overdischarge 2.3V. Overcharge: starts reducing voltage at 4.15. Output from charger - Measured on battery 4.15-4.13 4.3-4.15 4.7-4.2 5.42-4.25
