Product received with malfunction; the black wire had a "poor welding" and after opening the plastic cover, I confirmed the "poor welding" causing the malfunction. After doing a correct welding, the product worked as described. I gave one star, because when you purchase a product, is not correct repair the problem by own, because you don't have the tools to do it. The seller should make sure the quality of the product, reviewing the quality of the welding of all terminals before shipping.

It turns on as it gets power, not when more than 13V (not suitable for my use). It turns of after 20s not 13s.
