In the 7 sets I received, 2 sets have frame/border issues - out of the 108 cards, every one of them is off-center high. The seller claimed this is not a production issue and refused to do anything to fix the issue. For the money I paid, I certainly expect something of better quality, definitely not misprints and miscuts. I would personally not buy from this seller ever again.
