The product is Glow in the Dark, will not stay on if it is covered by anything. Also depends where you put it, I put mine on my wrist, I also where bracelets and long sleeves. Even the smallest bit of friction causes it to come off but other then that it was solid.

Pretty cool for that money; suits for a nightclub. It glows after exposure to a bright light, for example from a cellphone’s flashlight, but the glowing doesn’t last long.
