Multiple problems in delivery, 1st motor arrived rim damaged and with clacking noise when spinning but seller did eventually reship new motor. 2nd motor also arrived rim damaged, but damage was on replaceable side and motor still was usable so we arranged 10% refund via dispute process. Totally the process took almost 2 months to complete (instead of 7-9 days since sent from EU) and required many many conversations, pictures, videos and so on to finish. I thank seller for eventually taking care of situation, replying to messages pretty fast and overall handling of situation despite there was issues on delivery and it took long time. I would suggest improvements on handling and packing items that less items get damaged in delivery.
Fast shipping, well packed and good quality, but not including washers...
