The order was for a set of 10 batteries, but they only sent 1 (one!). I opened a dispute and the supplier asked me to cancel the dispute and that they would send me the 9 batteries that they owed me, but nothing else by way of apology, seeing as how I had already paid for them! In the end I opted for the 90% refund offered by AliExpress (good service!). Personally I will not use this store again, but up to customers to make their own decision whether their actions were a 'mistake' or a deliberate action.
