Great dac, that can handle MQA files and delyvers a very good sound. The only issues i can point to this dac is the cable, wich is thin and not very well finished; The led indicator collors deserves a better contrast, because when playing MQA, it turns to a "dark pink" and when playing regular audio formats, it becomes red, wich are very close collors. One collor could be green and the other red, would be great an update like that. The other thing is the excess of packaging. It has a box to fit a big smartphone, but there's only a little cable inside. A smaller a pratic box would be more enviromental friendly and maybe better, like the tempotec sonata HD box, wich is usefull to bring the dac safely.
Customer service is very good. Sound quality is good however qc is a little problem like that the cable os slightly twisted from the time of manufacture. There is no big inconvenience in using it, but I feel a little uneasy.
