POOR SERVICE - DAMAGED PRODUCT - NO HELP FROM SELLER - Hidden Charges this is by far the worst service I have ever received from online selling. I ordered this laser arrived damaged - box damaged and laser was out. I contacted HILDA - worst to deal with - over 55 messages and after the 10th message they ask the same questions again that they first asked, and you just keep going in circles – responses are automated. The laser itself is poor as the lines are out and the seller takes no responsibility for this even when I showed them video and phot evidence. I won a PayPal dispute with evidence against HILDA / AliExpress but to return the level would cost me more than the purchase price (£72) - when laser arrived I also paid £20 customs charge on to. PLEASE AVOID - save your money as whereas you save are w pounds if anything goes wrong the returns prices is awful. I still have a damaged laser level and I cannot use it and out of money.

Its very clever new cheating program. Refund amount will be like for accessories only. So you loose your money and item. And from Aliexpress Customer Service you wont get any help. Even seller asked just resend new laser leveler, no respond. Dont do mistake with it. Because it cost not few euros. I am going to post it with sellers name in other web sites.
