order on the 30/12/2020 and arrived by Royal Mail Tracked on 11/01/2021. very pleased with speed of service. the heater looks feels like plater copper l, much heavier than the aluminium version I have. there are visible machine marks under the playing so finish is not as shown in shop photo but will be using silicon sock so not worried. it came in small zip lock bag along with grub screw for thermistor and button head screw for heater.
