I am disappointed with the seller, I explain why: After installing it in the beginning I had a problem and it is that the degrees were not set to match those of the handle. The salesman always answered my questions and told me what to do but did not tell me in detail how to do what I needed to do so that I could remove or adjust the faucet. After nearly 4 months of using the faucet, it became difficult to turn the knob to adjust the temperature and it can no longer mix water well. The seller told me to take out the thermostatic valve and clean it but he doesn't tell me how to do it with what to clean it (I always sent him a video with the problem when I had a problem and he never sent me a video on how to fix a problem ). Now he turns and leaks just so he doesn't send me a new thermostatic valve. At the moment I am angry because the seller does not fulfill the 5-year warranty which said that there is a mixer that was delivered to me in April 2020.
