the current is to high since they are in a cluster, mountet on both sides, are probably used somwhere without aircirculation, are exposed to the heat of the resistors themselve. so you should a least quatruple the value of the resistors if you dont want them to fail within 1000h of use. changed the resistors and still more than bright enough.
