Barely fits on a Barbie. The fabric is so fragile and full of threads that I basically ruined it just by trying it on a Barbie because her fingers get caught up in the sleeves ALL THE TIME. And I don't like the seams in the front of the dress, they seem quite useless as the dress does not seem to be very close fit when worn by Barbie. Not sending it back because the postage would be more expensive.
