it's so cute! it's very soft material. the handle is very sturdy. Fits a 13"x9" laptop. This backpack fits my laptop better and has more room compared to my fjallraven kranken bag. Even came with some cute items. i will admit were the straps are attached you might want to reinforce with extra stitching to make it last longer like with most backpacks. Also the image seems to be a little bit reflective which is a plus! overall pretty happy with the backpack of pumpkin. also the expected shipping did take a little bit longer but it's a given due to what's currently happening worldwide
