Received adapter for use in uk with the Facial Steamer . Midway as it started steaming the steamer popped and sparked and now doesn't work. looks good but extremely poor quality. stopped working before I could even use it
I would not recommend UK customers to buy this. I was really looking forward to using this steamer as it, but when I plugged in the product , it sparked and made a popping sound. when mentioned to seller they wanted a video despite me stating it was dangerous. I've requested return details but have had no response and a refund has been rejected. so I would not recommend purchasing electrical products from the site as it's a major headache if products are faulty. you will need to write the money off as a donation to charity because you will not be getting a refund
