The product is as described and appears good although I have not yet had an opportunity to install it. Packaging was good and arrived in good condition. This is a small item, about 3" square. Size may be reason for issues with shipping. This delivery has been a long time in arriving having had to file disputes 2X and order 3X. I am not sure if the issue was with the seller, one of the carriers in transit. I had given up on receiving this item when it arrived in the post. If you order do not be in a hurry and be aware it may not arrive. Seller was OK to work with. Slow to reply to follow up and inquiries. Date from order to shipment on each reorder was more than 30 days.
