I ordered this item in the second week of March. Due to the Covid19 outbreak, I waited patiently although it was way too behind the schedule. This morning, I received a message saying that the order was completed although I didn’t receive anything.
Till now I haven’t received the order yet although it mentions that the order was completed successfully. I’m tired of waiting and the international airport in our country will not be opened till late October due to the pandemic Covid 19 control, so I’d like to have a refund. I’ll order again only after COVID. I hope you do understand my situation.
