1. Lamp wasn't shipped when ordered - I had to email seller after 2 weeks of no activity on my order. Seller thanked me for the reminder and then began the shipping process. 2. Lamp arrived with a broken ceramic bulb holder: Seller said it was a cheap part to fix, so I have to find it and fix it myself. I am not an electrician, and don't know how to take this stuff apart - I don't mess with electricity. 3. Instructions were in Chinese with no translations or even picture instructions, so I requested English instructions. There are loose wires that need connecting. Seller said it was easy to assemble and that I could use an electrician to help. I'm not hiring a $90/hour electrician for a $100 lamp. No seller support. Seller always responded to my emails and was polite, but not very helpful overall.
