Finally got a chance to test them - It passes the green-banana UVC test - you can tell if a UV light has UVC and will actually sterilize things because it will turn a green banana brown. UVA and UVB which won't sterilize anything will NOT turn a banana brown. In this test, it was exposed for 30 minutes, then left for 12 hours to turn brown. Beside is an un-exposed banana from the same bunch. I can't verify the output dose, and others are saying their heatsinks get hot - mine barely become warm to the touch. As a safeguard I have them sitting on some aluminum until I build an enclosure.
