External box enough to send the product, the internal box was destroyed, I understand that from a previous shipment, the handle bag was very used, the product had several blows and scratches, I think it would have been sent to another customer previously, it seemed Used, one of the screws used to hold the handle was inside the pump, water inlet, so I thought it did not work at first. Now it works, it has a good motor, little noise and few vibrations, but it also has less force than I expected. I will keep looking for a more powerful pump with DC power between 12V and 84V.

This pump did not work as well as I had hoped. The thread size for the hose is very small and I could not get it to pump 15 litres a minute.
