Wonderful hand crank - perfect for emergency! But a buyer needs to spend some time and minimal cost to improve it and make it really great. E.g. insert a metal washer under where the handle attaches to a metal rectangular case mechanism, and to a handle itself to prevent the inconvenient rolling. Also, the efficiency of internal power conversion to a lower voltage - is not good enough because the internal board doing that is cheap. So prepare to use your own extra boards, e.g. lowering an unrestricted voltage from two "unrestricted voltage" lower pins from 0V - 40V to 5V USB - that gives you a higher efficiency, faster and safer charging for your USB device, to ensure that you don't have to worry about a switch position. Search the internet for two detailed videos " 20W Hand-Crank Electrical Generator Assessment & Review " and " 20W Hand Crank Generator Part 2: Teardown & Analysis " by M O'Connell, to get a better understanding of how to easily fix the downsides of this wonderful tool
