They have a good product but they are very bad at business, they refuse to ship via the shipping you select and pay for and don't care about the customers wishes, when I complained about the fact that they didn't use the shipping I selected which was ePacket they replied we don't use it, it is on there site as a selection and cost a wee more than the AliStandardShipping which they used, I would never have purchased from these people if I had of known it was going to be a rip off like this, I waited 2 months for my order because of this, other orders I made with other sellers 6 weeks after I placed this order here I have already received, these people here do not deserve customers. I use ePacket when ever I can to Australia, the tracking is great and the shipping is faster than most, I have never lost an order this way, Do not buy from these people.
