This tulle is very high quality! It "does not" stretch length ways but it does stretch width ways. It is fine and delicate looking but strong, it "did not" rip when I applied lots of force on it, Love it! (I stretched the s#&t out of it and that tulle would not rip) so impressed. The white color is true pure white and the Ivory white color is very very light some might say it looks like an off white. I was a bit nervous at first so I ordered only 1 meter of the pure white to see exactly what the tulle was like in real life, when I received it, I was so freakin' impressed that I ordered 25 meters in the Ivory White because the Pure White was a bit to bright for the project I am doing. I can not say enough good things about this fabric, it's amazing and amazingly priced. Thank you seller.
