Not for laptop heatsink.

product is according to description. there's a slight adhesive and plastic on one side. thermal conductivity is good. planar thermal conductivity is not very impressive, it's bad, overall good item for price and fast shipping.
glue on one side, lateral heat conduction is not much, thickness wise heat conduction is good
